How it works

Four steps

  1. 01

    Name your gates

Main entrance, VIP, press, each session room. Door staff pick theirs when they open the link.

  2. 02

    Invite door staff

A check-in role sees the scanner and nothing else. Per-event staff passes expire with the event.

  3. 03

    Scan, type or search

Camera, the printed code or a name search. Duplicate, refunded, wrong-event and unpaid tickets are refused with a reason.

  4. 04

    Watch it live

The Terminal shows arrivals per 15 minutes, by gate and by ticket type; exports whenever you need them.

In detail

What door check-in includes

Every outcome explained

Admitted, re-entry, already in, wrong event, refunded, payment incomplete, not assigned: colour plus words, never a silent fail.

Re-entry rules

Allow re-entry or flag a second scan. Each person counts once for billing whatever you choose.

Kiosk and walk-ins

Self check-in kiosks with on-the-spot badge printing, and a walk-in desk that sells, registers and admits in one step.

Session scanning

Gates tied to sessions enforce capacity at the room door and record who attended what.

Keeps going offline

The roster is cached on each phone; scans queue and sync when the venue wifi comes back.

Badge on first scan

Print to any printer your laptop can see, routed by ticket type, with reprints a tap away.

Questions

Common questions

Do staff need accounts?
They sign in once with a one-time email link on their own phone. Check-in staff never see orders, money or settings.
How many phones can scan at once?
As many as you like. Every scan is decided centrally, so a ticket can never be admitted twice at two gates.
What hardware do we need?
Phones with a camera. For badges, any printer that your laptop can print to; Reward Land can also rent and staff printers.
