How it works

Four steps

  1. 01

    Draw the map

Sections, rows and seat numbers, generated from a few numbers and adjusted by hand.

  2. 02

    Price the tiers

Stalls, circle, VIP, each its own price and ticket type; accessible seats flagged.

  3. 03

    Sell

Buyers pick seats on a map that works on a phone. Seats are held while they pay and released if they don't.

  4. 04

    Admit by seat

The seat prints on the ticket, the badge and the PDF; the door sees it on every scan.

In detail

What reserved seating includes

Holds that expire

Seats are reserved inside the checkout transaction and released on expiry, so a cart left open never blocks a sale.

General admission too

Mix a seated hall with standing areas or general tiers in the same event.

Promo and access codes

Discounts and hidden tiers work on seated tickets just as on general ones.

Seat everywhere

On the confirmation email, the PDF ticket, the in-app pass and the door scanner.

Move and refund

Reassign a seat or refund it from the order page; the map updates immediately.

Reports by section

Sales and arrivals by section and tier in the Terminal and exports.

Questions

Common questions

In the help centre
Can buyers choose their own seats?
Yes, on an interactive map at checkout, or you can let the system pick the best available.
What happens if two people pick the same seat?
The first to reach checkout holds it; the second sees it as taken. Holds are enforced in the database, not the browser.
Can we do seated and standing in one event?
Yes. Each ticket type is either general admission or tied to seat tiers.
