Create the organisation and the event

Sign in by email link, pick a preset, follow seven setup steps, publish.

  • Nothing is public until you publish
  • Usage rate locked at publish
  • Every feature switches on or off per event

Tickets, questions and payments

Free and paid ticket types, registration questions, Stripe payments to your own account.

  • Inventory reserved atomically; no overselling
  • Checkout holds tickets for 30 minutes
  • Tickets issue only after a verified Stripe webhook

Exhibitor onboarding

Invite companies singly or by spreadsheet; each pays, completes a profile and is approved.

  • Invitation, payment, profile and approval tracked separately
  • Rows validated first; failures retried alone
  • Exhibitors invite their own booth team

Register and keep your tickets

Each person gets their own QR ticket, on any device, with the same email.

  • Buy for a group and name the others later
  • Separate entry and networking QRs
  • Save exhibitors you want to visit
  • Choose what to share with exhibitors

05 · Door staff · on the day

Check people in

Staff open a link, pick a gate and scan; green, amber or red, with a reason.

  • First scan claims the check-in; no double counting
  • Re-entry can be allowed or treated as a duplicate
  • Manual code entry and name search
  • Badges print on first check-in; failures never block entry

06 · Exhibitor · on the day

Capture leads with consent

Booth staff scan a networking QR; the attendee chooses what to share.

  • A scan or profile view is never a lead by itself
  • Exhibitors export only accepted connections
  • No exhibitor can see another's leads

Watch the Terminal

Arrivals, sales, exhibitor readiness and a needs-attention list, updated live.

  • Failed prints and offline devices listed first
  • Live records, same security policies as the app
  • Door mode and the public page are one click away
  • Usage so far, from the same ledger that bills you

08 · Organiser · after

Invoice from the ledger

One append-only ledger row per unique arrival; the invoice is generated from it.

  • The first 50 unique arrivals on every event are free
  • No-shows, re-entries, reprints, staff passes never billed
  • Accepted add-on quotes appear as separate lines
  • Unpaid invoices never block the door
