Four kinds of events. One set of logistics.

Follow a summit, a trade show, a fair and a concert through the day. Watch the clipboard shrink.

  1. MICE · conferences & summits

    A two-day summit with 1,800 delegates

Before: A registration spreadsheet, a badge vendor and a clipboard at every room.

    1. Sell passes and collect delegate details once

Paid tiers, promo codes and dietary questions on the ticket. One record per delegate.

      Replaces: Registration spreadsheet

    2. Badges print on the first scan

Design in millimetres, map a template per ticket type. Prints at the desk or kiosk.

      Replaces: Badge vendor and pre-printing

    3. Rooms count themselves

Session gates admit by capacity and feed the live Terminal. Attendance is a CSV.

      Replaces: Clipboards and head counts

  2. Trade shows & exhibitions

A trade show with 120 exhibitors and 9,000 visitors

Before: Exhibitor forms by email, a lead-retrieval rental and business cards in a fishbowl.

    1. Exhibitors onboard themselves

Packages, booths, payment and profile in one checklist. Readiness on one board.

      Replaces: Exhibitor forms by email

    2. Visitors register free, at scale

Embeds on your site, group imports and a kiosk that prints the badge.

Replaces: Queue at the registration counter

    3. Leads with consent, straight to the CRM

A scan asks, the visitor ticks what to share. Export to HubSpot or Salesforce.

      Replaces: Lead-retrieval rental and fishbowls

  3. Consumer shows & fairs

A weekend fair with 25,000 tickets and four gates

Before: Three ticketing sites, counters that disagree and a cash box for walk-ins.

    1. Tickets with no per-ticket fee

Day passes, bundles and promo codes. Buyers pay into your own account.

      Replaces: Per-ticket platform fees

    2. Every gate on any phone

Staff open a link. Colours say admit, check or stop. Duplicates are caught.

Replaces: Scanner hire and turnstile counters

    3. Walk-ins without a cash box

The desk sells, records the payment and prints in one motion. Same reports.

      Replaces: Manual walk-in lists

  4. Concerts & shows

    A 2,400-seat concert hall

Before: A seating chart in a PDF, prices in someone's head and an usher with a torch.

    1. Tiers set the price, sections make the seats

VIP Deck, Stalls, Circle: each with its own price. Seats generate in seconds.

      Replaces: Seating chart PDFs

    2. Buyers pick exact seats

A live map holds seats through checkout and releases them if payment lapses.

Replaces: Phone bookings and holds on paper

    3. The door knows the seat

One scan shows row and seat in full-screen green. Wrong hall and duplicates are stopped.

      Replaces: Torches and printed manifests

First ticket to final scan

One record. Ticket, seat, badge, lead.

The QR someone buys is the seat they sit in, the badge that prints and the lead an exhibitor receives.

Reserved seating that sells itself

Tiers set the price, sections number the seats, buyers pick exact ones. Holds release on their own.

A door that never lies

Admit, check or stop in full-screen colour. Offline, it says so.

Consent-first leads

A scan asks, the attendee ticks what to share. Export to HubSpot or Salesforce.

Questions

Before you start

More in the help centre.

What does EventOS cost?
The first 50 unique arrivals at each event are free, then S$0.50 per arrival. No per-ticket fee. Ticket income goes to your own payment account. See pricing.
Do attendees or staff need an app?
No. Tickets, seat picker, scanner, kiosk, lead scanner and the Terminal all run in the browser.
How do payments work?
Through your own Stripe, HitPay, 2C2P, Adyen, NETS, PayPal or Braintree account, or by invoice and bank transfer that you confirm. Tickets issue only after payment is confirmed.
What if the internet drops at the door?
The door says verification is unavailable, keeps a read-only name list and never fakes an admission.
Can exhibitors see every attendee?
No. They see only what an attendee chooses to share after accepting a connection.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Branding is on every plan. Custom domains and the API are Pro. Single sign-on is Enterprise.
