Terms of service

The agreement between Reward Land and the organisers, exhibitors and attendees who use EventOS.

Last updated 14 October 2026

Draft wording
This page describes how EventOS behaves today. The final wording is subject to Reward Land's legal review before launch.

Who we are

EventOS is operated by Reward Land ("we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account, publishes an event, exhibits at an event or registers for one through EventOS.

Organisers

Organisers are responsible for the events they publish: the accuracy of the listing, the goods or services sold, delivery of the event and compliance with applicable law.

Ticket and exhibitor payments are made to the organiser through the organiser's own payment account. Reward Land is not the merchant of record for those sales.

Organisers pay Reward Land a usage fee based on unique checked-in attendees, at the rate shown on the pricing page and saved on each event when it is published. Fees are invoiced after the event and are due by the date on the invoice. Door entry is never blocked by an unpaid invoice.

Attendees

A ticket is a licence to attend the event it names, subject to the organiser's own conditions. Each ticket carries a unique QR code; the first successful scan at the door admits the holder.

Refunds are a matter between the attendee and the organiser, under the organiser's stated refund policy. See the refund policy page.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors accept an invitation from an organiser, pay any participation fee to the organiser and complete a company profile. Contact details of attendees are shared with exhibitors only when the attendee agrees, and only the fields the attendee selects.

Accounts and security

Sign-in uses one-time email links. Keep your email account secure; actions taken through a valid link are treated as yours.

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, exhibitor or attendee. See the acceptable use policy.

Liability

EventOS is provided as described in its documentation. To the extent permitted by law, Reward Land is not liable for losses arising from an organiser's event, from payment provider outages, or from indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
