How the arrival fee is calculated
fee = max(0, unique checked-in attendees − 50) × S$0.50- Every ticket holder counts once, on first check-in, across all days.
- Re-entry, reprints, staff and exhibitor credentials never count.
- Your rate is saved per event at publish; later changes never apply.
- Invoiced after the event from an itemised ledger. Billing never blocks the door.
Kept separate
- Ticket and package payments go to your own Stripe account. EventOS takes no percentage.
- Stripe's card processing fees are shown separately.
- Printers, consumables and onsite support are quoted per event.
- Taxes are applied as required and shown on the invoice.
