What you get

The organiser workspace

Seven setup steps, one workspace, and every feature switches on or off per event.

Tickets and registration

Free and paid tiers, capacity, sale windows, order limits, custom questions, group purchases.

Payments to your account

Direct charges on your own Stripe account; tickets issue only after a verified webhook.

Exhibitor onboarding

Invite one company or a spreadsheet; track invitation, payment, profile and approval.

Door check-in

Any phone is a scanner: gates, re-entry rules, manual entry, name search.

Badges

Templates, print on first check-in, retry queue, never two badges.

The Terminal

Live arrivals, sales, exhibitor readiness and a needs-attention list, failed prints first.

Attendees and orders

Search, refunds, resends, unbilled staff passes, injection-safe CSV exports.

Consent-based networking

Exhibitors see only the fields an attendee ticks, after they accept.

Usage billing you can audit

One ledger row per unique arrival; reconcile your invoice line by line.

How quickly can we go live?
Most organisers publish within an hour. Stripe onboarding takes about ten minutes.
Who is the merchant of record?
You are. Payments are direct charges on your Stripe account; EventOS never holds your money.
What does onsite support look like?
Reward Land quotes printers, consumables and staff per event. Any printer your laptop can use works.
Can we import an attendee list?
Issue complimentary orders from the workspace, or register attendees through the API or the MCP server from your own list.
What about refunds?
Full or partial refunds from the order page; a full refund invalidates the QR instantly and the ledger shows every movement.
