Can delegates transfer their pass?
Yes. A delegate sends a transfer link from their ticket; the new holder claims it and the old QR stops working. Organisers can also reassign tickets.
Can we run a waitlist?
Yes. Sold-out tiers take waitlist entries and you release tickets to them from Promotions. Access codes reveal hidden tiers for invited groups.
Do two-day events count attendees twice?
No. Each attendee counts once, on first successful check-in.
