What personal data EventOS collects, why, and the controls attendees, exhibitors and organisers have.

Draft wording
This page describes how EventOS behaves today. The final wording is subject to Reward Land's legal review before launch.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, optional phone, company and job title); registration and order details; check-in records (time, gate, device label); exhibitor profiles; connection requests and consents; technical logs needed to run the service.

Why we use it

To issue and verify tickets, to let organisers run their events, to share contact details with exhibitors when an attendee agrees, to calculate usage fees, to send transactional email (tickets, receipts, sign-in links) and to prevent abuse.

Organisers as data controllers

For an event's attendee data, the organiser is the controller and Reward Land processes it on their behalf. Organisers can export their data and must honour access and deletion requests from their attendees.

Consent-based sharing

A scan of a networking QR code shares nothing by itself. Attendees choose which fields to share with an exhibitor, and can decline. Accepted shares are logged with the fields and the time.

Retention and location

Data is stored in the Singapore region. Event data is retained while the organiser's account is active and for a limited period afterwards for invoicing and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time, control what you share with exhibitors, and ask us to export or delete your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Contact the address below.
