What attendee app includes

Personal schedule

Starred sessions, grouped by day, with a calendar export and a nudge 15 minutes before each one.

Reservations for limited sessions

Give a session a capacity and ticket holders can reserve a place; the room gate enforces it.

The pass

Entry QR, seat and check-in state, cached for the queue when the signal drops.

Updates and push

Room changes and announcements on the home screen and as notifications, with a count of who received them.

Concierge

Answers about sessions, speakers, the venue and FAQs from the published programme only; organisers see what was asked.

Sponsors in the right places

A thank-you strip and the Info tab, counted in the sponsor impressions report.

In the help centre
Is it a native app?
It's a web app that installs to the home screen on iPhone and Android, works offline for pages already opened and sends push notifications. No store listing, no updates to ship.
Does it work with our own branding?
It uses the event's logo and accent colour, and runs on your custom domain on Pro and Enterprise.
Does the concierge make things up?
It answers only from your programme, FAQs and updates, and says when it doesn't know. Without an AI key configured it searches the same content.
