Door check-in on your phone
Opening the door screen, picking a gate, reading outcomes and handling edge cases.

- Open the door link the organiser sent you, or sign in and choose the event under Door check-in. Camera scanning needs an https address and camera permission.
- Pick your gate. It is recorded on every scan.
- Scan. Green means valid and checked in. Amber means already checked in (or re-entry, if the organiser allows it). Red means wrong event, cancelled, refunded, unpaid or unknown.
- Use Code to type the code under a QR, or Search to find someone by name, company or ticket.
If the screen says verification is unavailable
The device has lost its connection. EventOS never shows an admission the server has not confirmed, so wait for the signal to return or move the queue to another gate. Nothing scanned during the outage is lost because nothing was recorded.
Door staff can scan and search attendees. They cannot see orders, payments, usage or exports.
