Reading the Terminal

What each panel shows, where its numbers come from and how live updates work.

Updated 14 October 2026

The Terminal is the event's live dashboard. Every figure is read from the same records as the rest of the product, through the same security policies.

  • Arrived counts unique attendees whose first check-in has happened; re-entries are shown separately as total entries.
  • Tickets issued splits paid and free. Gross, refunds, fees and net come from orders, refunds and the payment provider's reported fees.
  • Needs attention lists failed invitations, overdue onboarding, printer and device problems and approvals waiting on you, most urgent first.
  • EventOS usage shows the unique arrivals in the usage ledger and the estimated fee so far.

Updates arrive through a live connection and fall back to polling every 15 seconds. The badge next to the title shows Live, Polling, Stale or Disconnected and the time of the last update.
