Payments, Stripe and payouts

Ticket and exhibitor package payments are made through Stripe as direct charges on your organisation's own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record, you pay Stripe's processing fee, and funds arrive on your Stripe payout schedule.

• EventOS never holds your ticket revenue and takes no percentage of it.
• A ticket is issued only when Stripe's webhook confirms the payment. The redirect back to EventOS alone never issues a ticket.
• Refunds are made from the order page. The ticket is cancelled and its QR code stops working immediately.
• Processing fees are shown on each order as reported by Stripe, and in the Terminal's net proceeds.
