Accepting an exhibitor invitation

What the invitation link does, who should open it and what happens next.

Open the link in the invitation email. It is unique to your company and expires on the date shown.
Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you need a colleague to be the admin instead, ask the organiser to re-send the invitation to them.
Your company workspace opens with an onboarding checklist: accept, pay (if there is a fee), complete the profile, wait for approval.
Invite your booth team from the Team tab. Members see leads and notes; admins also edit the profile and pay.

Lost the email? Ask the organiser to resend it. Resends are rate limited to protect your inbox.
