White-label setup

Your domain, your sender, your brand on every page and email.

  1. Branding: upload your logo and set your colours under Settings → Branding. Pro removes “Powered by EventOS”.
  2. Domains: add events.yourcompany.com under Settings → Domains, create the CNAME and TXT records shown, and check status. Pages, checkout and tickets then live on your domain; the workspace stays on EventOS.
  3. Email: add mail.yourcompany.com under Settings → Email sending, create the DKIM, SPF and return-path records, and verify. Confirmations and campaigns then come from tickets@yourcompany.com.
  4. Canonical links: event pages, share images and calendar feeds automatically use your domain once it is active.
Attendee sign-in and the My tickets area remain on the EventOS host so that one account works across every organiser; links from your domain carry people there and back.
