Sharing your details with exhibitors

Exhibitors never see your contact details just because they scanned your badge or viewed your profile. A scan creates a request. You approve or decline it, and when you approve you choose exactly which fields to share: name, email, phone, company, job title.

• Pending requests appear in Connections in your account.
• Profile and sharing lets you set default fields so approving takes one tap.
• Each accepted share is recorded with the fields and the time.
• You can save exhibitors you want to visit from the event's directory.
