Plans: Pay as you go, Pro and Enterprise

What each tier includes and how to move between them.

Every tier includes the full organiser, exhibitor, attendee and door product with usage billing per arrival. Pro and Enterprise are subscriptions that switch on your brand, your domain and single sign-on for the whole organisation.

Pay as you go: every feature, 50 arrivals free per event, then the per-arrival rate. No subscription.
Pro: a free subdomain or your own custom domain, a branded sender domain, no EventOS mark, higher API limits and priority support. Monthly subscription plus the same arrival rate.
Enterprise: everything in Pro plus single sign-on, SLA, procurement paperwork and onsite packages. Annual contract.

To move to Pro or Enterprise, contact us; the plan is switched on for your organisation and shows under Settings → Plan.
